Namagaki – four fresh oysters with yuzu pon dressing and fresh chilli (gfo,sf)
Buta Misoyaki – Char-grilled skewers of marinated pork belly and spring onions with misoteri sauce
Hotate Batayaki – Pan fried local scallops & green beans in a citrus yuzu garlic butter garnished with toasted nori seaweed strips and sesame seeds served in a scallop shell (gfo,sf)
Sushi Sashimi Mori – Our best selection of sashimi, nigiri sushi and inside out rolls served with stranded radish, pickled ginger and wasabi (gfo)
Hirame Yaki – Grilled fillet of wild halibut served with yuzu saffron cream sauce, lightly steamed vegetables and rice (gf, sf)
Shika Teriyaki – Char-grilled venison steak drizzled with Oki-Nami teriyaki sauce served with lightly steamed green vegetables and rice topped with toasted sesame and pickle (gfo)
Wafu Tofu – Oven baked slices of marinated tofu on a bed of roast pumpkin and root vegetables, served on a cast iron platter (v,gf,sf)
Yuzu and Ginger Crème Brulee – creamy Japanese citrus, with fresh ginger in a vanilla creme, with a caramelized vanilla sugar topping for a nice crunch (gf)
Tempura Bombe – Deep fried vanilla ice cream lightly encased in a thin chocolate and nut coating, tempura batter and served with chocolate sauce
